Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour + overtime pay when available

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician your will beresponsible for keeping buildings, equipment, and machinery in good working condition. Some responsibilities include conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and handling basic repairs. The role also involves planning and overseeing small projects, diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues, and repairing machines, equipment, or structures as needed. Adherence to established organizational procedures and health and safety policies is essential. This position also requires travel to multiple Woodhouse dealerships and locations to perform maintenance tasks, conduct inspections, and support facility operations across the organization.
