Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour + overtime pay when available

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician your will beresponsible for keeping buildings, equipment, and machinery in good working condition. Some responsibilities include conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and handling basic repairs. The role also involves planning and overseeing small projects, diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues, and repairing machines, equipment, or structures as needed. Adherence to established organizational procedures and health and safety policies is essential. This position also requires travel to multiple Woodhouse dealerships and locations to perform maintenance tasks, conduct inspections, and support facility operations across the organization.

Job Knowledge/Skills Required

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance is highly desirable
• Proficient in the safe and effective use of hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Skilled in disassembling and reassembling machines, equipment, or devices to identify and replace defective parts
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Able to stay focused and productive both independently and as part of a team
• Maintains a professional demeanor and presentation at all times

Requirements:
