Job summary

The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of repair tasks across indoor and outdoor facilities. You will diagnose plumbing issues, handle lighting replacements, and assist with signage and safety procedures, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to lift 40–60 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid US driver's license; must be maintained for company insurance.
• Ability to perform physically demanding maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and replace basic plumbing parts such as aerators and solenoids.
• Repair or replace basic plumbing components like flushometers and faucets.
• Unclog toilets and urinals; may use a plumbing snake.
• Respond to fire and life safety alarms from panels and radio.
• Repair doors and hardware, including closers and sweeps.
• Perform minor paint, patch, and drywall repairs.
• Hang banners and signage; support updates to directories and wayfinding.
• Replace interior and exterior lighting; service towers and wall packs.
• Perform rounds, take readings, and document results.
