Job summary

Qualifications
- Two to five years of mechanical maintenance experience.
- Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC experience.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- High school diploma, trade certification, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Weekend availability required.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs.
- Maintain HVAC and other building systems.
- Complete work orders using a tablet or smartphone.
- Provide estimates for larger projects.
- Communicate service updates to customers and internal teams.
- Attend required safety training and meetings.
- Follow OSHA, regulatory, and company procedures.
- Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned
