Qualifications

• General maintenance experience in building systems and repair tasks.
• Ability to perform basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry work.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings.
• Replace electrical receptacles, switches, fixtures; patch minor holes.
• Paint structures and equipment; replace floor tiles and doors.
• Replace water cooler filters and damaged fixtures; clear minor drains.
• Assist in material movement and storage; respond to work orders promptly.
