BORJA ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION, Inc in San Diego, CA is seeking a Lead General Maintenance Worker to perform varied building and equipment maintenance, including wiring, painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks on private and public projects. On-site role requiring CAC access and DLA communications.

The position emphasizes preventative maintenance scheduling, supervision of maintenance staff, quality checks, and coordination with government representatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the preventative maintenance schedule.
• Prioritize and assign maintenance requests and work orders.
• Provide daily supervision of maintenance staff.
• Review completed work for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with Government representatives on safety, environmental and audit matters.
• Maintain secure communications with DLA systems via CAC and DLA email.
• Support on-site operations during DLA hours and travel to project locations as needed.
