Carter Machinery is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Baltimore, MD. The role focuses on providing top-notch maintenance and service for assigned facilities, ensuring utilities and equipment stay in peak condition.

You’ll troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems and coordinate with supervisors to address repair needs. The ideal candidate has at least four years of related experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication and time-management

Qualifications

• Minimum four years related experience
• High mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with supervisor to discuss problems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle overtime
• Occasionally operate heavy machinery safely
• Promote a positive customer experience

Responsibilities
