TLC Properties in Springfield, MO is hiring a Service Tech to perform maintenance and preventative work on heating, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and more. Duties include making readies, reporting maintenance issues, prioritizing work orders, and inventory control. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.

Preferred: 3+ years maintenance experience. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits including PTO, health, dental & vision, 401k, paid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical work.
• Complete make-readies and document work orders.
• Prioritize daily tasks to meet 48-hour completion goal.
• Maintain inventory and PAR levels.
• Operate company vehicles in compliance with laws.
• Assist with custodial duties as needed.
