Responsabilités

• Perform facilities maintenance including carpentry, plumbing repairs, and general upkeep of City buildings.
• Maintain and repair building fixtures and equipment (locks, windows, doors, carpeting, shelving).
• Replace HVAC filters and perform minor HVAC maintenance.
• Repair plumbing fixtures and plumbing systems; unclog drains.
• Track and report repair activities and maintain records.
• Assist in preparing specifications for contracts and bid projects.
