Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to handle maintenance and upkeep of our Little Rock site. You will perform routine tasks independently with limited supervision and report to the Site Engineer.

The role requires at least 3 years of facilities maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry basics. OSHA 30 and forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry basics.
• OSHA 30 certification and forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance (painting, plumbing, HVAC, minor electrical repairs).
• Inspect building systems including fire safety equipment.
• Repair and upgrade building infrastructure.
• Support and maintain fire protection systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance of interior and exterior areas.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
