Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Director of Maintenance with continuous improvement on packaging lines and facility equipment. This role focuses on advanced troubleshooting of control systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs, and PLCs, driving OEE improvements and a culture of reliability.

The candidate will lead PM-based work, collaborate with operations, and train other technicians while ensuring safety and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Industrial Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of 3-phase motors, gearboxes, bearings, solenoids, vacuum pumps, chains, sprockets, belts, rollers, star wheels, pneumatics, chillers, relays, sensors.
• Welding certification required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, plan, and perform maintenance on complex manufacturing equipment with focus on controls and PLCs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to OEE, waste, safety and food safety.
• Maintain Preventive and Reactive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and vendors for maintenance activities.
• Train team members and disseminate knowledge to technicians.
