Job summary

Corpcare Services Inc. is seeking dependable maintenance technicians to support facilities across Texas, including Houston, Dallas, and Lubbock.

You will perform general maintenance, minor repairs, inspections, and ensure a safe, clean, and operational environment for staff and visitors. This role offers part-time or full-time opportunities with competitive hourly pay of $20–$25, immediate start after interview, and the chance to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or handyman roles, preferably in commercial facilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Non-smoker; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and light HVAC repair.
• Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, flooring, fixtures, painting).
• Conduct facility inspections and ensure safety and proper operation.
• Replace light bulbs, air filters, and minor building components.
• Monitor and report facility issues that require escalation.
• Assist with equipment setup or breakdown for events.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area and comply with safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and staff regarding maintenance concerns.
