Corpcare Services Inc. is seeking dependable Maintenance Technicians to support facility upkeep at American Cancer Society locations in Houston, Dallas, and Lubbock, Texas. You will perform general maintenance, minor repairs, and safety inspections to keep staff, patients, and visitors safe and the environment operational.

Qualifications

Experience in maintaining commercial facilities.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and basic HVAC repair.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Non-smoker with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs.
Conduct facility inspections to ensure safety and proper operation.
Replace light bulbs, filters, and minor components as needed.
Monitor and report facility issues requiring escalation.
Assist with equipment setup or breakdown for events.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety standards.
Communicate maintenance concerns with supervisors and staff.
