North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is seeking a Maintenance/Construction Technician II (S) to support the ASC and satellite laboratories with building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance and repairs. The role involves monitoring chillers, boilers, HVAC systems, incinerators, and related equipment.

Qualified applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and one year in the trades, be able to lift up to 75 lbs, and possess or obtain a valid NC

Formación

• High school or GED diploma and one year of progressive experience in mechanical/electrical/plumbing
• Must possess, or obtain within 30 days, a valid NC driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and repair general building, mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems
• Monitor chillers, boilers, HVAC, and incinerators
• Repair plumbing and electrical issues as needed
