Responsibilities

• Perform painting, drywall patching, caulking, minor carpentry, fixture replacement, and general upkeep.
• Diagnose and repair advanced structural, mechanical, and facility system issues beyond basic maintenance scope, ensuring safe, compliant, and durable solutions.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally, ensuring work is completed in alignment with SOPs, safety standards, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute maintenance work with minimal disruption and compliance.
