Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks a professional and detail-oriented individual for our Property Maintenance Specialist II position in Nampa, ID. This is a day shift position, Monday - Friday (6:00 am - 2:30 pm).

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in maintaining and cleaning commercial facilities.
• Ability to perform basic repairs including carpentry, painting, and equipment installation.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily custodial maintenance duties with guidance (sweeping, dusting, scrubbing, mopping, trash removal).
• Assist with routine floor care including stripping, sealing/waxing floors, carpet spotting, and extraction.
• Ensure proper care in use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; perform routine maintenance as requested.
• Follow and continuously improve workplace safety, environmental practices, area processes, and waste reduction opportunities.
