Job summary

Front Porch in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance worker on a full-time, hourly basis. You will install, maintain, paint, and perform basic repairs to equipment and structures across the campus, reporting to the Manager of Building Services or Director of Maintenance.

Day shift is Tuesday through Saturday; pay ranges from $23.18 to $24.00 per hour. The role requires basic tools use, completing work orders, and ensuring safety standards are followed to support residents,

Qualifications

• Essential: High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance and painting tasks.
• Fosters safety and effective resident service.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, paint, and repair facility machinery and structures.
• Complete resident work orders for repairs and painting in accommodations and common areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment and inspect components.
• Use basic hand and power tools, ladders, and basic carpentry/painting tasks.
• Maintain maintenance records and follow safety standards.
