Job summary

EVERSANA in Memphis is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Assistant I to maintain the Memphis facility, perform minor repairs, and ensure compliance with SOPs, cGDP and cGMP standards. You will help keep equipment running and the building ready for client visits or audits.

The role requires 40 hours per week, may involve overtime, and works in a temperature-controlled environment year-round. Benefits include medical and dental plans, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) match, HSA/FSA

Qualifications

• Work experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).
• 0-1 year of experience and/or training in minor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sheet rock repair.
• Strong verbal communication skills required
• Ability to follow instructions without deviation
• Ability to work the required hours (expect 40hrs/week)

Responsibilities

• Adherence to all manufacturing requirements including Current Good Distribution Practices (cGDP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Focus on safety at all times and comply with all safety requirements
• Follow all formal standard operating procedures (SOPs) that control the order fulfillment process in temperature-controlled areas
• Meet all shift requirements as assigned (timely, uniform, etc.)
