Job summary

UHS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled work maintaining facility buildings, properties, systems and plant equipment under the supervision of the Plant Operations Director. The role requires proactive maintenance, safety checks, testing and documentation of designated systems.

The position supports Cedar Ridge Bethany location as needed. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree preferred and 1–3 years of relevant experience in HVAC,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Associates degree preferred
• 1–3 years experience in HVAC, automotive repair, maintenance, plumbing, electrical & construction (preferred)
• 2 years experience in facility maintenance (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility buildings, properties, systems and plant equipment.
• Perform proactive maintenance, safety checks, testing and documentation of designated systems.
• Assist with maintenance functions at the Cedar Ridge Bethany location as needed.
