State of West Virginia is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform preventive maintenance on heating, cooling, plumbing, lighting, roofs, windows, and floors across facilities. You will also repair in-house, maintain the equipment fleet, and keep logs and purchase orders up to date.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and several years of building trades experience; EPA refrigerant certification may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• EPA refrigerant certification may be required.
• Four years of maintenance or building trades experience.
• Ability to read logs and charts and complete purchase orders.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Repair and improve building systems in-house as allowed by code.
• Maintain equipment fleet and relevant logs.
• Process purchase orders for the department.
