Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team in McMurray, PA. The technician will be responsible for maintaining Merakey properties by completing work orders and performing repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

The role requires attention to detail and timely work order completion. The ideal candidate will hold a valid driver's license and bring hands-on maintenance skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge.
• Must provide a verifiable high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned work orders promptly under the supervisor to maintain Merakey properties.
• Perform repairs on electrical, heating/cooling, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
• Conduct general maintenance repairs and ongoing monthly upkeep.
• Repair walls, ceiling tiles, and paint as needed.
• Handle desk and furniture repairs.
• Perform lock repairs and maintenance.
