Platinum Cleaning & Facility Services (PCFS), a division of Healthcare Services Group, Inc., seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, facilities, and equipment on campus. The role emphasizes safety, timely responses, and teamwork to maintain a clean, safe environment for clients and residents.

Ideal candidates have the described maintenance and trades experience, HVAC familiarity where required, CMMS proficiency, and a valid driver''s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in general maintenance.
• 3 years of experience in one or more building trades.
• 3 years of HVAC experience where applicable.
• Experience with CMMS software.
• Valid driver''s license required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain buildings.
• Perform general maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work.
• Clean walls, ceilings, and equipment; assemble storage racks and carts.
• Conduct routine floor care and pressure wash areas.
• Operate and maintain maintenance tools; support campus events.
• On-call duties as needed.
• Remove snow and maintain a safe campus environment.
• Provide logistical support for campus activities and campus environment.
