Qualifications

• Prior general maintenance experience is required.
• License: Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Perform minor repairs to doors, fixtures and furniture.
• Record meter readings to verify operating conditions.
• Adjust heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Replace HVAC air filters.
• Monitor security and safety, lock doors after hours.
• Move heavy furniture and equipment.
• Mow and trim lawns and clear debris.
• Notify managers about major repairs or additions to building systems.
• Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways and parking areas.
• Set up and remove decorations for events.
• Ad-hoc cleaning and trash removal; restroom service.
• Operate vehicles as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
