Qualifikationen

• Experience with blueprints and schematics; valid driver’s license.
• General understanding of electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform strenuous labor.

Aufgaben

• Performs preventive maintenance and non-complex reactive repairs.
• Documents tasks and updates CMMS on a mobile device.
• Determines manpower, material needs, and deadlines for jobs.
• Diagnoses malfunctions of HVAC and related systems and equipment.
• Responds to emergencies and performs emergency repairs as needed.
• Maintains logs, PM work orders, tests and inspections.
