Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HVAC up to 20 tons.
• Ability to use cutting equipment such as oxy/acetylene torches.
• Basic knowledge of waste-water control systems and reverse osmosis systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs/improvements to the facility including plumbing and minor electrical work.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain and organize storage areas used by several departments.

Skills
