Job summary

Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC seeks a Round Tube Operator in Rockledge, FL to support production on a permanent basis. You will follow schedules, interpret prints, and verify equipment parameters to meet customer specs.

Responsibilities include operating control panels, assisting in process checks, and contributing to quality documentation while maintaining safe operations in a non-air-conditioned shop. Overtime may be required, with variable days off.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work from schedules, production orders, prints and specifications.
• Verify parameters of operation of an oven, lubrication machine, coiler and other equipment are within required parameters and customer specifications.
• Operation of multiple control panels to ensure proper operation.
• Perform or assist with any departmental operations, as required or directed to maintain workflow or respond to emergency conditions.
• Assist in the process examination and quality documentation.
• Assist in equipment validations, safety and quality audits.
• Able to operate a computer efficiently for data entry.
• Operation of various transportation equipment (cranes, fork-lift, powered stackers)
• Able to work in a non-air-conditioned shop environment. Hot in the Summer, cold in the Winter.
• Able to work in a team environment reacting to production conditions and routinely changing job functions.
• Can work overtime including weekends. Scheduled day off could fluctuate.
• Able to keep up with normal production requirements while using proper body mechanics and working in a safe manner.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition in accordance with 5 S standards.
• Requires the ability to perform all duties within limitation of the standard methods and procedures, and in accordance with strict adherence to EHS, quality and productivity requirements.
