Job summary

Kadima Healthcare in Greenville, PA is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Assistant/Transportation to support resident care by performing maintenance and safe transport.

You'll handle routine repairs, upkeep of facility and equipment, coordinate with nursing, and transport residents in company vehicles under supervision. Must have valid PA driver's license, clean driving record, age 25+, and willingness to on-call weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in basic repair and maintenance preferred.
• Valid PA driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility by repairing walls, doors, ceilings, windows and more.
• Moves furniture as needed to complete assignments.
• Coordinates daily maintenance with nursing services during routine tasks.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems.
• Replaces burned-out light bulbs and ensures proper operation of equipment.
• Transports residents safely in company vehicles; valid PA driver’s license and clean record required.
