Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and construction trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• HVAC repair and inspection experience.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and use electrical measuring instruments.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; further education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance on building systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing.
• Repairs and maintains facility systems and equipment; supports production machines.
• Troubleshoots breakdowns and coordinates with external service providers as needed.
• Maintains records and uses CMMS; tracks work orders and parts.
• Responds to facility emergencies and coordinates with vendors or contractors.
