Job summary

United Airlines is seeking skilled Facilities Technicians to support building maintenance with emphasis on electrical systems, including high voltage 480V, 3-phase, and PLC controls. Requires reading wiring schematics and working with minimal supervision; journeyman license a plus.

Qualifications

• Twenty four months experience in at least three listed areas.
• Experience with 480V, 3-phase electrical systems is required or highly preferred.
• Able to read wiring schematics and work without supervision.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance with emphasis on electrical systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and perform repairs on 110/220/480V circuits.
• Work with air handling units, plumbing, steam fittings, and fire systems as needed.
• Climb, walk long distances, work outdoors in all weather, and follow safety rules.
