Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carpentry tasks: repair doors, furniture, partitions using power and hand tools
• Electrical work: install circuits, fixtures, outlets, repair motors
• Plumbing duties: fix fixtures, open drains, install pipe for water/steam lines
• Maintain heating, cooling, and refrigeration units and repair cooking equipment
• Grounds maintenance: cut grass, trim shrubbery, keep outdoor areas clear of debris
• Follow safety practices and wear protective gear while addressing hazards
