Job summary

Module X Solutions LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repair and general maintenance of facilities, equipment, and buildings in a fabrication environment. Responsibilities include electrical, carpentry and plumbing tasks, preventive maintenance, and safety oversight.

Requirements include 2-3 years of building maintenance experience, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to work on ladders and at heights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years building maintenance experience performing carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing functions.
• Knowledge of basic electrical systems and safety rules.
• Ability to work from ladders and at heights and manage time to meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and handle basic repairs.
• Oversee contractors for professional repairs when necessary.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and repair machines, equipment or structures.
• Install, align and balance new equipment and maintain a safe work environment.
