Job summary

Bell Ambulance is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our 24/7 emergency service campuses safe, clean, and fully functional across Milwaukee and surrounding counties. You will perform preventive maintenance, operate CMMS MaintainX for work orders, and support grounds, equipment, and facility projects while adhering to OSHA and safety standards.

The role requires lifting up to 100 lbs, flexibility for shifts, and strong teamwork with facilities and fleet staff.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; technical/trade training preferred.
• Experience: 1–3+ years in facility maintenance or related trades.
• Technical knowledge: HVAC, electrical, plumbing; CMMS usage (MaintainX).
• Licensure: Valid driver's license; trade licenses a plus.
• Safety: Able to lift 80–100 lbs; work at heights; follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Utilize MaintainX CMMS for work orders and asset management.
• Ensure fire life safety compliance and OSHA standards.
• Maintain grounds, exterior upkeep, and fleet-related tasks.
• Assist with facility improvement projects and vendor visits.
