Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Tech - 1st Shift at our Capital Blvd site in Raleigh, NC. The role supports production with line setup, equipment repairs, and preventative maintenance.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, a minimum of 5 years industrial maintenance experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Overtime may be required. Benefits include health, vacation, and retirement programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Willingness to work overtime and support multiple shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
• Schedule and record preventative maintenance activities.
• Requisition parts, materials, and labor to complete tasks.
• Fabricate replacement parts as needed for machinery.
• Lead and manage special projects as required.
