Responsibilities

• Repair or coordinate the repair of facility electrical systems, HVAC systems, and structures.
• Oversees the facility cleaning and janitorial supply inventory and ordering.
• Repair office cubicles, desks, file cabinets, and chairs.
• Quote facilities projects to outside sources.
• Oversees the inspection of emergency lighting, eyewash stations, fire extinguishers, office electrical cords and heaters.
• Manage snow and ice removal, grass cutting, weed control, and sprinkler systems.
• Coordinate the recycling program for cardboard and scrap plastic with outside vendor.
• Comply with Michigan DEQ regulations and reporting requirements.
• Operate equipment: Hilo, floor scrubber, man lift, scissor lift, tugger.
• Cleanup of oil leaks and emergency oil spill containment.
• Perform all other functions as required.

Your Contributions

• Repair or coordinate the repair of facility electrical systems, HVAC systems, and structures.
• General cleanup and periodic inspections of JAC Product's facilities.
• Oversees the facility cleaning and janitorial supply inventory and ordering.
• Repair office cubicles, desks, file cabinets, and chairs.
• Responsible for getting quotes on any facilities projects to be handled by outside sources.
• Oversees the inspection of necessary repairs to: emergency lighting, eyewash stations, fire extinguishers, office electrical cords and heaters.
• Manages snow and ice removal as well as grass cutting, weed control, and sprinkler systems.
• Responsible for coordinating the recycling program for cardboard and scrap plastic with outside vendor.
• Comply by all Michigan DEQ regulations and reporting requirements.
• Ability to operate Hilo, floor scrubber, man lift, scissor lift, and tugger.
• Compliance with clean up of oil leaks and emergency oil spill containment.
