Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides general assistance to the foreman in day-to-day management of the campus.
• Schedules and assigns work by work order and preventive maintenance schedule; estimates time and materials.
• Provides on-the-job training or guidance to subordinate personnel; assigns work by priority.
• Coordinates work with other trades and hospital units to minimize disruption.
• Distributes tools and maintains inventory; reorders stock as needed.
• Performs daily inspections to ensure equipment safety and operability.
