Qualifications

• Three years of formal HVAC/refrigeration apprenticeship training.
• Licensed HVAC technician with 3–5 years experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret equipment specifications.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, tests and calibrates and repairs HVAC/refrigeration systems.
• Reads and interprets blueprints for control settings and locations.
• Prepares material listings for work orders and tasks.
• Responds to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment in Engineering.
• Maintains records of testing and tasks.
• Performs brazing and soldering on piping systems.
• -Leads worker crews and assigns tasks to team members.
