Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 4 years of related experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience supervising zone maintenance teams and coordinating preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise zone maintenance teams for operation, repair and upkeep.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for HVAC systems and VFDs.
• Develop optimized maintenance schedules to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Lead lighting maintenance programs and LED retrofit initiatives.
• Coordinate activities with facilities staff and trades.
• Maintain records, schedules and performance metrics.
• Assist with budgeting and workforce planning within zones.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
