Job summary

The Salvation Army Family Treatment Svcs in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Facilities/Maintenance professional to manage general maintenance and special facility projects for the Kaimuki FTS campus and Manoa buildings.

Responsibilities include repair work, preventive maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring safety compliance. Requires a GED or equivalent, 3+ years in carpentry/plumbing/electrical maintenance, and valid driver’s license. Full-time, on-site, 40 hours/week; benefits offered.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent with a minimum of three years of experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance.
• 1 year supervisory experience, preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules and completes repair work and preventive maintenance.
• Reviews and completes daily maintenance work orders.
• Coordinates with vendors/contractors for services and inspects work.
• Provides basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, pest control, and other maintenance services.
• Maintains safety and conducts regular inspections and budget support.
