Arcadia Family of Companies is seeking a Maintenance Services I for the Honolulu, HI location. This full-time role involves manual labor, deliveries, furniture setup, and first-responder duties in emergency situations. Competitive hourly pay and strong benefits are offered.

The position requires an Associate's degree or equivalent and experience with basic maintenance duties. Candidates should be prepared to perform preventive maintenance tasks and operate a maintenance work order system.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Use of computers; ability to attain working knowledge of on-line maintenance work order system.

Responsibilities

• Delivers friendly customer service, aids in deliveries, and sets up furniture and equipment.
• Performs specified duties provided in work orders; assists residents with in-house moves and carrying items.
• Performs routine checks for boiler/chiller and pumps; performs monthly inspections at various locations as assigned.
