AMURCON Realty Company is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Superintendent in Richmond, VA to support the Maintenance Superintendent in all aspects of maintaining the physical plant. The role requires handling multiple tasks, coordinating with the property team, and performing routine upkeep across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and janitorial work.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Assist in maintaining the physical plant and equipment as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Superintendent and Property Manager on work orders and priorities.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks as needed to keep units and common areas functional.
• Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Respond to emergencies and standby schedules as required, including nights, weekends or holidays when assigned.
• Assist in keeping the property clean, safe, and well-presented for residents and guests.
