• Perform all duties assigned with dependability and flexibility.
• Be a team player and supervise maintenance staff.
• Train and evaluate staff; hire/terminate as directed by Property Manager.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain safe work environment.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and oversee budgeted expenditures.
• Schedule work orders, check equipment per manufacturer's recommendations, and perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and janitorial tasks.
