Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience coordinating contractors and performing a broad range of building repairs preferred.
• Experience in facilities maintenance and supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, doors, locks, lighting, and HVAC coordination.
• Maintain office property, parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, and outdoor areas.
• Coordinate seasonal groundskeeping activities including snow removal and lawn care.
• Oversee contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and facility projects.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and building emergencies.
• Monitor facility systems and recommend capital improvements and repairs.
