Job summary

You will lead preventive maintenance, respond to alarms, maintain repair histories, optimize spare parts inventory, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with the company's research mission.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance or technical experience.
• Post-secondary certification or an equivalent combination of education and industry leadership experience.
• Qualifications in mechanical or electrical disciplines; experience supervising maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and support maintenance technicians and contractors; assign daily tasks and monitor progress.
• Oversee inhouse maintenance activities and outsourced contractors; ensure on-time, within-budget maintenance.
• Respond promptly to equipment or building alarms; minimize disruption and protect operations.
• Maintain facility equipment lists, repair histories, and documentation; oversee work orders and records.
