Job summary

North Coast Seafoods in Boston seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance in production and shipping facilities. You will bridge the Maintenance & Facilities Manager and technicians, ensuring equipment runs efficiently to support production.

You will lead, train, and develop a maintenance team, implement preventive maintenance, and coordinate with operations to minimize downtime while complying with OSHA, FDA, USDA, and GMP standards in a seafood environment.

Qualifications

• BA in facilities management or related leadership qualification.
• 5+ years in operations/facilities management.
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance and manufacturing.
• CFM certification a plus.
• OSHA-10 certification, required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance personnel.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Train maintenance staff in safety and best practices.
• Coordinate with production to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/FDA/USDA and GMP standards.
• Maintain maintenance logs and reports.
