• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in manufacturing or GMP/FDA environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of Facilities Technicians and assign work based on priorities.
• Plan preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Lead repairs and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and proper documentation of maintenance records.
• Coordinate with production and other departments on downtime and priorities.
