Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of facility maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's degree, technical trade certification, or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or Engineering is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of HVAC chillers, boilers, electrical grids, automated control systems (BMS), and fire suppression systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, and repair of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, BMS).
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate onsite facility maintenance staff.
• Ensure OSHA/local codes and environmental regulations compliance; conduct safety drills and risk assessments.
