The role requires a college degree or equivalent experience, strong budgeting and planning skills, and the ability to drive results through leadership and collaboration with engineers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team across 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts

• Manage budgets, forecasts and expenditures for the area
• Coordinate with engineers, suppliers and craftsmen to meet goals
• Ensure safety, reliability and efficiency of facilities and infrastructure
