Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment Inc. is seeking a facilities support professional to assist the Facility Maintenance Manager with daily maintenance, safety, and compliance of the property for employees and guests.

You will supervise the janitorial crew, oversee preventive maintenance, and coordinate external contractors to ensure timely repairs and safe operations. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and vendor-negotiation skills, plus proficiency in common software tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the janitorial crew.
• Manage and maintain the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Perform minor repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers.
• Collect bids, review proposals, and help ensure routine contract maintenance is scheduled and completed.
• Monitor maintenance, repair, and supply budgets; track inventory and physical resources.
• Inspect and maintain fire-safety equipment and related records.
• Help identify facility issues and communicate maintenance needs to the Facility Maintenance Manager and General Manager.
