Position Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for facility maintenance efforts, enhancing asset utilization and uptime through the implementation of professional maintenance and reliability improvement processes. Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including failure and root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all maintenance company policies and procedures, prioritizing safety in accordance with OSHA regulations and best practices.
- Manage third-party contractors and oversee the contractor management program to maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain all equipment, buildings, and grounds to meet company standards, including landscaping, fire safety systems, HVAC, and critical process equipment.
- Provide responsive and proactive maintenance support to all facility customers, ensuring timely completion of service calls and machinery repairs.
- Support facility budgeting and capital projects. Champion initiatives to reduce utility consumption and drive continuous improvement through breakdown analysis.
- Travel up to 10% of the time.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of technical, mechanical, maintenance, or engineering experience, and 0-1+ years of supervisory experience, OR
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) or Technical School Certificate with 6+ years of relevant experience and 1-2+ years of supervisory experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Electrical or Vocational Certification, or Bachelor's Degree.
