Job summary

WestCare California Inc. Fresno seeks a facility maintenance supervisor responsible for supervising repair and maintenance of WestCare facilities.

The role requires ensuring building safety, scheduling maintenance tasks, managing supplies, and responding to routine issues to keep grounds and structures functional. The position demands at least five years in general maintenance, High School diploma, and the ability to obtain CDCR and EPLS clearances.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ experience in general semi-skilled maintenance and repair work.
• Experience working with individuals in a confined setting is preferred.
• Must be familiar with tools used in building maintenance and repair work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility grounds and buildings in a safe, efficient condition.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and a tool control system.
• Schedule and perform maintenance of the facility and grounds.
• Respond to routine emergencies and make repairs.
• Review and document shifts and logs at shift changes.
