Holmes Murphy is seeking a Facilities Specialist II to join the Office Services team in Kansas City, MO. You will oversee general office environments, perform routine maintenance, and maintain a professional appearance of the building and equipment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of maintenance/repair experience, a valid driver’s license and insurance, and skills in carpentry, painting, and project management. This role emphasizes independent problem solving and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma.
• Experience: 2-4 years maintenance/repair experience; valid driver's license.
• Licensing: Keep valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee general office environments with minimal supervision.
• Perform routine maintenance daily across local office.
• Maintain professional appearance of building and facility equipment.
• Maintain inventories of maintenance materials and supplies; review inventory.
• Maintain confidentiality of information across all levels of employees.
